By downloading, accessing, or using ZynkCam, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using the app
You may use ZynkCam only for lawful purposes and only with content you have permission to record, edit, save, or share. You must follow applicable laws, platform rules, and the rights of other people.
Your content and consent
You retain ownership of media you create. You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any required permission from people appearing in, speaking in, or owning material included in your recordings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a purchase or subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store and displayed before purchase.
Advertising and third-party services
ZynkCam may show advertising or provide links and sharing options involving third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. The app is provided on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, distribute harmful content, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynkCam is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, breach of these terms, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
